Delivery Policy

1. Please confirm your shipping address before paying for it; you had better leave the Tel/Phone number for contacting. Please provide a valid email address and check emails after 12 hours you have purchased for any updated information.

2. Orders may take 24 to 48 hours to process. Once your order has been shipped, an e-mail with tracking numbers will be sent to you reflecting the delivery details for your order.

3. All delivery standards begin when you receive our confirmation email. It will take about 3-9 business days for delivery. For some special styles of shoes, if custom-made, it will take 3-4 business days at least to make it after we received your successful order so it will cost about couple of weeks totally for you to get the shoes. Please note that if you live in the more rural areas it may take longer time. International orders can be held up by customs, unfortunately these delays are beyond our control and we offer no assistance and no compensation in these matters.

Return Policy
If you want to return your item(s), please contact our customer service team within three days when you received the package. Please provide your name, order email and order number when contacting our customer service.And you have to pay restocking fee, shipping fee and handling fee for return.
1. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and they most not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
2. Sale merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.
3. The reason for returns caused by yourself (eg, size, color you choose), cannot be accepted
4. Shipping fees for return is paid by customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Some styles are customerized by facotry and due to difference batches there may be little differences from the pictures shown on our site.

Exchange Policy

Please contact us with your name and order email when you want to exchange different size or color within three days. If you want to exchange other styles, you have to pay price spread. Also you must contact our cusomer service, they will help you.All exchange products, must keep their original condition, and are not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. You have to pay restocking fee, shipping fee and handling fee as well.
